I've already installed windows 7 on the bulldoze 4 times prior to making this question, I have already used rufus and the download tool, only it notwithstanding isn't bootable, no other devices plugged into the computer. I'll make an edit to the comment once I endeavour this again.

I'm lamentable I cannot understand what you lot are trying to say. What did you extract from a .zippo file? What take yous formatted and installed?
How did Windows 10 get on the HP? Did yous Upgrade from Windows 7? Are you wanting to GO Dorsum to the original OS now? This can be done in Settings>Updates and Security>Recovery for 30 days only.

You are missing some information hither.
If Windows 7 has never been successfully installed on that HP machine prior to these attempts, did you check to see if HP supports and supplies Windows 7 Drivers for that particular model?
If Windows seven drivers are non available, Windows 7 will not install or piece of work correctly on it.

I extracted the Windows 7 Professional file with .zip, then I realized that I needed to use the Download Tool. I have formatted the usb used to contain the files.
My computer is stock Windows eight.1, I am wanting to get from Windows 10 to Windows seven, my computer has never had Windows 7 on information technology.
I own a retail Windows 7 license, I got it from DreamSpark.

Since your Disk Mgmt shows an EFI System partition, we know now that y'all have the new generation UEFI BIOS.

When I boot it and press esc, it takes me to the bios kick menu like you said, but the only uefi or efi options that are displayed are all IPv4 or IPv6, my bootable usb isn't an option.
I got the iso file from Dreamspark and I'm a educatee trying to download it.
